This probably won't yield your car much power at all, as the sudden expansion from the catalytic converter housing is going to drastically reduce the exhaust gas velocity, and especially so soon in the system.
The better idea would have been to find a good fabrication specialist that can work with titanium and weld it for you with a straight section pipe.

Bout time you went catless! I love the fact that you took care if it all yourself! It is a testament to how good the initial construction is on the akra system that it held up with all that man-handling and beating. I'm sure it feels like an extra 20hp! My butt-dyno told me 15-20 when I installed my catless mid-pipe.
You now have the best of both, b/c you have one of the lightest full exhaust on the market and now one that makes good power too! Congrats! Do you make house calls for all those with the akra system?
