whistling sound

Sounds normal to me. Mine has sounded like that since I got it

Stock intake, i just post another video inside the car with the windows open

Mine whines but not as loud as that. I mean I can hear it when I pull into the garage and driving but that’s pretty loud

the car only has 12,000km on it. you worry too much. the second video you posted sounds pretty normal.
isn't there any other cars locally around you that you can check with?

I bring to bmw dealer , service advisor said it was normal but i have 2010 m3 doesnt sound like that.
