Data visualization (Solo DL + Contour+)

I have a Solo DL and Contour+ and I'd like to combine the two for some nice data visualization. I've looked at TrackVision, RaceRender and DashWare. Anyone have suggestions on which is best (or what others I might consider)?

And if someone knows of software that runs on Mac, that would be a nice surprise!

I just started using Dashware today to merge GoPro and SoloDL. Software overall is pretty easy to use, however, I am not sure if there is an easy way to get both Positional and ECU information from the AIM into a single recognizable file into the Dashware program. I can do it separately, but it looks like I need to create a new Datafile type to do some of the GPS extraction from the AIM file.

Quick update. I got the GPS and ECU data to sync today on Dashware. I'll post a video here in a bit. OP if you decide to go with Dashware, PM me and I'll send you the data file you'll need to get the GPS and ECU data to show up together.

Thanks, I'll definitely send you a note if I go with Dashware. I assume the GPS and ECU data are both coming out of the Solo DL. I'll have GPS data from the Contour+ too, though I assume I won't use it in any way.

Both coming out of the SoloDL, but Dashware has to do some conversions to GPS to get it to map properly in its software.

Nice work! So, Dashware works with some pain or does Dashware do all the conversions in the background?

Once you set up the data profile, Dashware does it all for you in the background. If I send you the file, it will be absolutely no pain for you.

How do you syncronize the video with the solo dl? I.e., make sure the data is not ahead or behind

Resurrecting this thread as I'm having the same problem integrating positional and ECU CAN data from a Solo DL into Dashware.

I can get GPS data via the .gpx file, and CAN data via the .csv but not both simultaneously (although the .csv has the GPS data).

Did you have to remap the GPS fields in the AIM data profile?
