Alex coded mine last week with this feature... Pretty cool I must say and from what I can tell so far it does improve mpg slightly. That being said, it makes driving a little less fun since it keeps you under 2k rpms most of the time.

hahahah Eco mode drive a prius, owning a V8 let me rephrase that a High revving v8 and eco mode dont go in the same sentance, but cool feature

Hint: shift at 2K and go green. Then shift down 2 gears, redline it and absolutely smoke that Prius in front of you.

Yea it just tells you when to shift for optimum mpg.

So spend a few hundred dollars to get your vehicle coded to tell you when to shift so you can save money on gas, or the free version is to just shift at a lower RPM and lighter pressure on the throttle and save money on gas

An interesting feature, yes, but a CBA is needed. How much does it cost to get it coded, how much will you reduce your fuel usage by having it, and how long will it take you to make up the cost and begin realizing a savings?

im a bit eary about this... shifting gears at 2k rpm? WTF...
i tried that and shit will almost stall... or it feels so shitty to drive on that low RPM...
