TFU Midnight release?

Is anyone's local shop opening up at midnight on monday for a early TFU release?

I'm trying to talk my local EBgames into doing it. They said they have to have a certain number of poeple on the pre-order list to do it but they would not tell me what the magic number is to make it happen.
