1 July: New VA speeding fines + tax?
Ok some say this is old news, and has come and gone (rejected)
but after a google search, i'm not so sure anymore: I hear it was voted unconstitutional? If this is true, VA must really be bankrupt and looking for ways to earn money. Better be careful for SkyLine run! Quote:

Wow Virginia laws are crazy
I think you guys that like to speed better invest in a BelSti driver radar detector hard wired. Its one of the best radar detectors on the market that the RDD (Radar Detector Detector) the Virginia state police and all the police in Virginia use. I know a radar detector is illegal in Virginia but sometimes you need to do what you got to do. I don't live here in Virginia I am here for a Military school for a Month and this is what I am using to counter the police speed tactics in Virginia. its working like a charm
