LHD to RHD Headlight Conversion

I'll have my e90 M3 for a year in the UK before shipping it back to the US and I'll be required to modify the headlights to conform with UK laws. I was quoted by a local BMW dealer £600 (approx. $1000 USD) to do the conversion. I assume they're swapping out the entire headlight assembly.

I've read that some e90's have a lever that can change the cutoff line to either a RHD or LHD setting:

Can anyone confirm a 2011 e90 M3 has this lever?
