Stock 359's look better than 99.9999% of aftermarket wheels on both the 1M and M3, IMO. But with that said, I love these wheels.

I tend to agree there are many aftermarket wheels that just don't work on this particular car and in fact the stockers look better. BUT I feel that these wheels look much better than the stockers.

Yea it's all subjective talk here. Personally if I were to go aftermarket it would be for performance gains (lighter wheels) because I haven't seen a wheel that looks better on the M3 yet. At the same time the FI's would be at the top of my list of favorite wheels ever.
