Need Recommendation For Shop in Houston to Dyno Car on Weekend
Now that I have pretty much have all the bolt-on power mods (except super charger), I want to get my first dyno done. I'm never available on a weekday, so I'm looking for a place open on weekends. Can anyone give me the name, contact, info, address, website, etc. to get my car dyno-ed on a Saturday or Sunday?

I've dynoed at 3 places in town.
Secretservicesauto (near Momentum SW) - mustang dyno - weekdays only G force (Pearland) - dynojet - weekdays only Dyno at MSR - dynojet - if they arent racing on weekends, u can possibly dyno there. Check with Richard Z for contact. You can also call whatever dyno around houston from this list. http://dynojet.com/dyno_centers/dyno....aspx?state=TX |

Driver Source uses a Dyno Jet and I believe several M3s, including mine, have been dyno'd @ DS. Too bad you didn't get a base run before getting the Dinan goodies but you can always compare your runs to the other M3s to get an idea of the power you're making.
My base run was 324 whp; 352 whp with pulley, x-pipe w/HFCs and tune; 478 whp with ESS VT-575 kit. |

Too bad Driver Source doesn't open for service on weekends. But I might be able to make an appointment for a Sat dyno with Steve.
I hope I can make at least 350 whp with my mods. Last edited by frankzlin79; 02-08-2012 at 10:18 PM.. |

I'm with Daniel. You should probably buy his ESS kit. Wouldn't want to chance missing the 350rwhp mark. That would be traumatizing.
P.S. Daniel - finally going to mount the tires you sold me! I'm quite excited. Preemptive shout out to Scott at BMW North.

As lobg as prices are reasonable, I'd be down to dyno also.
I have some slightly different mods than you so it would be interesting to compre results on the same dyno and day Richard, let me know about this if it works out at msr
