They make it when you place an order, so they wouldnt have available stock that they pre-made in bulk

I agree they are. other than setting up customers with forgestars, we had F14s on our past E60 M5, we have the CF10s on our present IB M3 =)

I was looking at some in 18x10 size and they come around 20lbs from what i remember. So they are pretty light and you can choose the offset you want as well.

I know several that use the Forgestar wheels as their dedicated track wheels with no issues.

I've read in a handful of other vehicle forums that they are made in China. I was going to purchase a set, but the price seemed really, really low for a forged wheel. Though, it may be a good product, I just wasn't comfortable with them being called "forged" and being significantly less than other manufacturers forged wheels.

They are not forged. They are flow formed wheels.

forgestar ftw. I stand by their product as I've had two sets of wheels from them and both exceeded my expectations.

They are great wheels but, take a long time to get. I ordered mine in November and they should ship this week. I was told it would be a while and it worked out well since I'm running my winter wheels still.

I can't wait to get them on the car...F14's in Bronzeburst

Sorry didn't mean to sound like an internet bully. The name is somewhat misleading, you aren't the first who thought they were forged.

I will post pics but, it may be a while. I'm leaving Germany in three months and moving to Tampa, Florida. I will likely ship the car back to the states with my stock wheels so my Forgestars don't get damaged.

No worries. I initially did think they were forged, which is why I was looking at them. I've seen them upclose on a couple BMW's, they look nice.
