Oh man.
What are you getting now?
Good luck.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

Why don't you try the BFG R1's?

- Incredible grip
- gradual release (no snap traction loss like Hoosiers)
- great wear (typically 6-8 track days)
- tons of heat cycles

I use 265 on a 9.5" wheel front
And 285 on a 10.5" wheel rear
Very neutral handling

yes

and I've run all the R-Comps ... and as far as "grip"
nothing touches the BFG R1's (in DOT R-Comps = they are the closest to slicks)

NT-01 are a good choice too = not as much grip -- but more life and wider temp range.
