Before the ass-chewing commences, see if there's any other way it could have gotten in. Honestly dust like that gets Fing everywhere. I used a grinder to take out my grout downstairs and even with full plastic sheeting I was cleaning up all the dust for weeks.

Could be worse. Someone could have written "wash me" on the hood with their finger.

That sucks, I had some work done to our kitchen and the carpenter wanted to use the garage so I parked my Z06 outside for a week, but he left garage door open so I still got covered in dust.
There was dust EVERYWHERE in the garage, I am still finding it 3 months later. |

thats not too bad. When we had our lift put in, the guys wanted to come back and shorten the power cable that runs to the ceiling. They didnt notify us they were coming and I walk out to find a guy on a ladder 2 inches from the M. i was not too happy about that.

we had to move into our new house BEFORE the drywall was done (or much of everything else for this matter...) i had drywall dust on my pants, bed sheets, floors, work clothes, kitchen table, chairs, girlfriend, balls... for 2 weeks... but not on my car
i'm sure you'll be OK... as it's been said, you can cover everything you want, drywall dust is a b***h and will get ANYWHERE... Last edited by frenchM3dreamer; 10-15-2010 at 06:05 PM.. |

Drywall dust gets everywhere and in everything. You should have parked the car outside. Its your fault as much as there for not forecasting a problem.
