Woah... I placed my 2011 E92 M3 order for PCD

I finally did it... I placed my order through David Aviles at Passport BMW for performance center delivery in July (Thanks David!). The specs...

This will be my 3rd BMW... my first car ever was a hand me down 1988 528e... I wish I had a photo of it. In 2003, I bought a new 2004 330ci but I had to sell it after a year (moving temporarily... couldn't bring it with me). But this... the M3... is the car I've always dreamed about. I'm so happy, I don't even know what to do with myself right now...

Is David still selling at invoice with a small dealership fee? I have a soft spot for supporting local retail, but after visiting three different dealerships in the area, I have zero loyalty due to the stupidity and lack of effort by the sales guys I've met.

Yup! I gave my local dealer a chance. They came close, but since I was planning PCD, I didn't really see the point of paying more.

July 12th if everything goes as planned... If the car isn't ready by then, then I won't be able to do PCD.

Some guys used painters tape all over the front of the car... they had pictures posted up somewhere. I think I'd just take a chance.

I may do this too. I'll be willing to pay slightly higher to support my local dealer where the car will be serviced but if they can't come close I'll just go with David.

I didn't really talk pricing because with they said I should order around September but they did throw out numbers of ED MSRP pricing

Oh... also, my dealer didn't seem to know very much about PCD. I didn't want any f-ups since I have only one chance to do it this summer, so that also helped with my decision to go with David.
