I knew putting the reservoirs in the the cupholders was a good idea!

Looks great - now tell us how it works!

Can you get to the schrader valves on the front canisters? It's a giant PITA ass to not accidentally leak pressure if you have a difficult time getting the shock gauge threaded correctly. The volume is so low it just takes one "psst" and you're fooked and have to start again.

yup the front cans basically sit in "cup holders", so I can take them out anytime with ease. I also bought a Penske gauge so that I can monitor the pressure.

Did you cut those round holes for the tops of the rear shocks or were they there already?

Thanks,

Looks like a great setup from Moton. We've done a few club sport kits on S2000s and our our customers always have nothing but good to report back to us Looking forward to reading more info and feedback on this kit.

Went to the track today for my dose of speed of the week. The dampers worked well and I have no complaints so far. Car is lowered at -0.5" from stock. -2.2/-1.8 deg front/rear camber.

One obvious advantage of a coil over system with properly high spring rates and matching damping is that the chassis settles so much faster than stock. With stock suspension, you would have to brake early, and slowly load up the outer tires before a mid/high speed turn; otherwise the platform would be very unstable. With firmer springs and appropriate dampers, the settling/reaction time is much shorter, which means you can brake later to a higher speed and go through a corner at a faster rate.

In terms of lap time I was down to a 1:49 today with a passenger. When I had stock suspension last month I was 1:51. Of course, as a driver I am also pushing the limits a bit higher each time, so part of it was me, too

The beauty of the M3 is: after two hot sessions, I picked up some groceries with the wife... all in the same car.

I believe they seep a little right after a rebuild, it may be nothing (mine did a bit, and then were rock solid for 30K+ miles.

impressive. the carpet isnt that easy to cut either. if i just drew a circle and cut, it would probably look like a 3 yr old did it.

It's all taken care of under warranty. Moton replaced the shock body and lower cap.
