Tires cupping

anyone having this issue. it's driving me nuts. i have now found that the camber and caster stay dead on, but the toe is getting out of spec too easily. i've also learned that the camber bushing is much larger than the toe bushing. my dealership is looking into what we can do to correct. i am hoping there is a polybronz bushing that can be installed to keep the toe within spec. this should prevent the cupping.

thoughts?
