Front wheel vibration Ben can you look at this?
I’m having a problem with a set wheel/tire combination that I have for my E92 M3.
Here’s what I have, Miro 111 F 19x8.5 (15 offset), R 19x9.5 (20 offset), Yokohama S Drive, F 245/35/19, R 275/35/19 I also have the 72.5 to 74.1 hub centric rings for the difference of the center bore for the Miro wheels. Here’s the problem, I have a vibration from the front wheels at highway speeds (55-75), they have been balanced twice by Discount Tire, once by the local BMW dealer. I’m wondering could it be the high offset, 20 vice the stock 29? Or could there be a problem with the wheels or maybe the tires. The tires have less than 600 miles. The wheels are new about three months old. I currently have the stock 19” wheels with the same size tires except they are Conti DWS with none of the above issues. I’m open for suggestions from anyone with the same problem.

Discount Tire is not great for balancing, I had some issues with getting my balance right.
Find a better shop that can road force balance them and double check the centering rings are indeed the right size.

Check to make sure the tire is seated properly on the rim.

Staker,
I've checked the way the wheels seat on the hubs. I might need to check to see if there is a better place to get them rebalanced.

Also, sometimes you can just get bad tires. They are not truly round, but a good tire shop with proper balancing machines can make that call.
