Hi,

I have an Akra Slip-on E90 with Carbon Tips that I am considering selling (12,000 miles approx). This is specific for e90 m3; not interested in trades or selling tips alone. The exhaust will be off the car next week. Want to try something else...Local sale for now, Washington DC metro area pickup.

i asked the same question to Robert from EAS and he said it will not. The pipes where the tips attach to is longer for the e90. So essentially I guess it fits but the tips will stick out more.

You have that backwards. You can use the E90 setup on E92s, they just wont stick out as far past the bumper as the E92 ones. Remember, the tips on the akra slip-ons are adjustable. You cant use E92 mufflers on an E90..

I googled but wasn't able to find any photos of an E90 exhaust on an E92. Has anyone seen any?

E90 systems would sit approximately 1" inward than E92/3, tucking in the tips if installed.

The mufflers/pipes are actually the difference on E90 vs. E92/3, not the tips.
