low beam malfunction! help please!
i dont drive my e90 m3 too much but the last time i drove her the right headlight turned pink; so i replace both sides with new bulbs. a couple months later i got a taillamp malfunction and replaced the bulb soon after i have a LEFT LOW BEAM MALFUNCTION. one night driving i got the notification and noticed the left headlight went out, then i parked the car and came back 10 min later and the headlight was working fine. then again this afternoon the headlight went out

Something similar just happened to mine. I took it in for an oil change and when I turned it on this morning the right headlight is pink. Tried turning on and off the lights but it didn't fix it. Does this mean my right headlight is going out? How much does it cost to fix a headlight?

The HID headlights can be replaced for substantial savings vs. the dealer.
The dealer quoted me $240 just for 1 bulb (not including labor). I replaced both lights myself on my 2008 M3 using youtube videos. The videos cover standard E9x cars, not the M3. I found I had to take out the airbox to get access to the left side lamp due to an air conduit from the bumper, but other than that it went similar to the videos. You can find genuine OEM (Philips) Xenon lamps anywhere. I bought some direct from Amazon for $60 each (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

Seemingly a lot of reviews on those Amazon bulbs you referenced being fake and/or bad quality. Did you have any experience with them not being as bright as the OEMs?
