quick pricing question

looking at picking up an 08 e92 aw/black with 42k miles in north Carolina. the dealer has had it on the lot for a month and a half and has dropped the price a few times. its at 39.8k right now. the car is fully loaded minus dct it has tech package premium package nav, logic 7, Edx, cold weather, and ipod. I was hoping I could get 37.5k out the door. am I being delusional or is that reasonable?

I saw that car over Toyota & scion of apex. If you buy should have it transfer to performance BMW of raleigh and have it CPO, price is ver good but I doubt you get it for 37.5 OTD. It never hurt to try

I don't think I can get it cpo'd can I? I need to look at the carfax again. I got them to do 38 even but taxes are going to be around 1200 plus registration... im taking a look at it on Sunday. its a 5 hour drive for me since you've seen it in person was there anything going on with the car? did you get to drive it? ill have bmw do a ppi beforehand but just curious. thank you!

well a quick update. I went ahead and took a leap of faith and drove down to north Carolina, roughly 5 hours from where I am to the dealership. I get there and they already knew I was in route but ended up selling the car to someone who got in about 15 minutes before. boy was I pissed I've been looking for a car like this for some time and the price was just great...oh well though. what can you do

Oh man... that sucks.

I was working on negotiating with a dealership about 4 hours from where I am but it didn't work out. Part of me is glad because I'm hoping there's one that'll pop up closer to where I am.

I scouted the same car. Check out the 08 SGM at Mt Kisco BMW in NY. Listed at 42 I think. I was going to make a run at it this week.
