How to keep car clean between waxes ?
I have waxed my car but after it rains I see spots on the car. Isn't wax suppose to protect the car and keep it spotless? and what do you do to clean it between waxes?
Any feedback is appreciated |

Between waxes...I just give a good hand wash 2-3 times per month. In between washes, I keep quick detailer and terry cloth towels in my truck/garage.

In my experience it does. Some of the better QD are also wax based.

If you want something lower maintenance, I would look into a coating like one of the following.

I live in apartment building and I don't have easy access to water or garage to clean the car myself even though I would love doing that. So lower maintenance and long lasting is my objective. Thanks in advance |

But.... For the moment I'm testing the Sonax stuff on my wheels and I need to say I'm impressed ! Drove the car for about 1.5 K miles and the wheels looks still clean and I drove through the Belgian Ardennes with high speed braking and lots of cornering and I see the brake dust it lies on my wheels and is not sticking anymore on my wheels . The only downside is for me personal that the shine of the Sonax is more dull compaired to other products . But as for the protection it does the job for 100% => http://www.autogeek.net/sonax-polymer-net-shield.html
