Want to Take-over Lease - Under 16months

Looking to take over a lease on either an E90 or E92 M3. Not too picky on colors on mileage left. I would also take a look at lease transfers with little or no mileage left on the lease. Only requirement I am looking for is that it is a 6 Speed Manual and that it is no more than 16 month left on the term.

I am in the Los Angeles area and let me know what you have. I am willing to travel out of state to take a look at it.
