Without taking away from the OP's topic; my A4 was an auto and I wanted a MT. Also, the e92 was in my price range

...the new B8's aren't and I did not want the same car again (lease was up).

Based on looks maybe...trust me, the Audi A4 does NOT drive like a BMW 3 series. The e90's looks are definitely an acquired taste...but the driving is not!

Audi is all the rage in Toronto and Ontario in general these days -- its the must have brand! The A5 is the must have car...though I still find an older population driving A4's and A5's. Normally Toronto is DOMINATED by BMWs...BMWs road call is TOronto. Something about a young and sporty image. Ottawa = Audi territory, conservative town.

I hear about people who get different cars after their lease is up, but to me I'm so used to the seats, the steering wheel, the position in the car, the position to look back to change lanes, the brakes, ect. that personally, I would keep buying the same car. That's just me though.

OP, Congrats on the fine german auto. I looked at Audis, wife drives an 07 GTI which is way fun...and almost an Audi, but I fell in love with the 335 with the manual (auto didn't do it for me, not nearly as fun as the 6mt)
