KW Sleeve Kit help

I planning on getting the KW Sleeve Kit to lower the car a bit, but I'm running 255/275 on stock ZCP wheels. I want to get this look from it on my E92, ride height is perfect, no gaps but not scraping on every leaf it passes. But I'm pretty sure this one has spacers. Can I run spacer without rubbing, or am I out of luck?

Here are pics of my car when I had KW sleeves with 255fr and 275rr along with10mm spacers front & 20mm spacers rear.

honestly, it's prolly because my rear wheels were professionally widened to 19x11. Now I'm running a 285 and still no rubbing!

wait hold is 35 series or 30 series tires? the rear looks 30 series
