Great episode featuring the old e90m vs some beefy cabrios. Of course it lost out to the sl63 with performance pack - almost 700llbft of torque?! - and the r8 v10 in straight line race. But the saloon beat the maserati! haha. Aslo has a m135i vs bmw sport bike in the episode as well. Nice little bmw cameos. Now, I need to learn to drive like these guys/girl. Sorry to those that have already seen it!

Lol theres an old 650 in it too. That r8 in the oval is crazy. He jiggles the steering wheel and it does nothing

Thx for finding this! Saw the episode a couple of weeks ago on the TV but couldn't find the online link. Love it how these guys and Top Gear have used the E90 in a couple of episodes to compare to other cars (TG had a cornering speed test where E90 was also featured vs others including the GTR).

Would of liked to see the M3 against the others on the road course. Would of been a different story as far as outcome.

Maserati, to US, or especially in NY/NJ, is really for those who want 6 series conv but have some more money to burn and want something more exotic.
it is sad the way I say about Maserati, considering their history and all, but that's just the truth these days.
I got to see the new Maserati quattroporte sedan, and man.. I don't know what they did to the new car, they made a ship and not a sporty,luxury, full size sedan.

Stupid ass.. at 12,25 he says: " It hasnt misfired at all" its a DIESEL!! doesn't have spark plugs or coil pack! It cant misfire!! idiot!

it can still misfire. just because it doesn't have spark plugs doesn't mean there isn't air and fuel that combusts within the cylinders.
