Well we had another great drift day yesterday at Mt Cotton. I think I'll have to do another one of these, they are so addictive

Thinking around January for the next one, there is a maximum number of 12 on the day . It's 4 hours on the track with an instructor if you want, and these guys are brilliant. 2 cars on the track at once, so you get a run around every 1/2 hour.

Very cool ..this is the best way to learn how to control the car and feel the balance of it !

Thanks Dr J... It really does sound good, but I'm changing over from a sport to a race. It will sound the same but just louder.

You guys should get a group together and drive up here for a break, I'd be happy to organise some track time at Queensland Raceway and a day on the skid pan if you get get some numbers and come up to socialise with the banana benders

Thanks! It's about as good as it gets. Not many opportunities to turn traction control off and have this much fun especially considering it's a state run complex

Very low risk too, you can only get up to around 40-60K's on this circuit as it is just so slippery

Planning for the next ones now. Likely January/Feb but maybe another one before in December depending on interest.

We are so lucky here to have really good facilities like this and 4 seriously good racetracks within a few hours of each other.
