Okay, I looked at the PDF. Seems I only need:

1) Ultrasonic Module
2) Siren
3) Siren mounting bracket
4) Screws and washers
5) Coding

Again this is for 2008. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks!

Yup. For the ultrasonic module, I just bought the entire light assembly off a 335i that had the module attached from a junkyard on eBay. That turned out to be cheaper than buying the module alone. The siren has multiple part numbers too, so it helps to search for all of them as it may be listed differently depending on the car it came from.
