We just got the car on Saturday. Wife loves it, we were taken care of by Noah and Dominic. There was a small flaw in the weather stripping and Dominic said he had the part on order and he will drive all the way to my wife's office drop off a loaner, pick up the x3, repair it then drop the car back off at her office!

Pretty good service.

Nice! I've seen the team go above and beyond what any other dealership would do just to make a customer happy and it seems that's the way they are handling your situation
