I've hosed off the wheels (normal spray pressure with hose and all the dust and grit came off. Then I dried with my shop vac blower.
Bada bing... done! I am going to try the power sprayer and report back. Side note: I don't think rubbing the finish with anything other than a soapy wash mitt would be good as it might peel. I'll report back with more findings. |

Definitely something to consider. Adds some protection as well.

Looks like a fun product to play with ^^
Seems really easy to remove too. Can you still pressure wash your wheels without the stuff peeling off? |

How long did the whole process take? I am now thinking about this, with the glossy effect as well.

One theory I have with this stuff is that you can spray it on (all coats) and once dry you can drive the car right away without worry. However I would give it a couple days for a full cure meaning that it forms a pretty hard shell in other words that can be sprayed and cleaned no problem. I powerwashed the wheels and front grills today with my Briggs & Stratton 2100psi powerwasher without incident. The stuff really stays on! (I held it about 1 - 1.5 feet away while spraying. Clean! No rubbing etc. Just drive away! |

I just finished painting my last wheel. The most time consuming part of the entire process was washing and drying the wheels. The painting process is easy and quick. For 6 dollars a can and a few hours of my time this was definitely worth it.

You did a pro job. Very cool that it is easy to remove also...
Not a huge fan of textured flat blat wheels overall; though I'm sure they look pretty mean in person. |
