I've hosed off the wheels (normal spray pressure with hose and all the dust and grit came off. Then I dried with my shop vac blower.

Bada bing... done! I am going to try the power sprayer and report back.

Side note: I don't think rubbing the finish with anything other than a soapy wash mitt would be good as it might peel. I'll report back with more findings.

Ive had mine done for for a few months now and have pressure washed them a few times and then just let them air dry and they look great. I havent taken a rag to them to clean since I did it and I think thats why I love it so much!

I know, so easy right? No more endless wiping and detailing.

Definitely something to consider. Adds some protection as well.

Looks like a fun product to play with ^^

Seems really easy to remove too. Can you still pressure wash your wheels without the stuff peeling off?

Dig your fingernail into one edge. Now grab the flap and start peeling like a potato!

How long did the whole process take? I am now thinking about this, with the glossy effect as well.

Well it took me awhile because I did one wheel at a time. If you take all four wheels off the car at the same time, you figure about 10 minutes between sprays and 5 coats. About an hour. Then about 2 or 3 coats of clear. So maybe 1.5 hours tops.?

One theory I have with this stuff is that you can spray it on (all coats) and once dry you can drive the car right away without worry. However I would give it a couple days for a full cure meaning that it forms a pretty hard shell in other words that can be sprayed and cleaned no problem.

I powerwashed the wheels and front grills today with my Briggs & Stratton 2100psi powerwasher without incident. The stuff really stays on! (I held it about 1 - 1.5 feet away while spraying. Clean! No rubbing etc. Just drive away!

Well basically x 4. Plus washing/drying each wheel and prep.

= All day.

I just finished painting my last wheel. The most time consuming part of the entire process was washing and drying the wheels. The painting process is easy and quick. For 6 dollars a can and a few hours of my time this was definitely worth it.

Anything worth doing is worth doing well. I made sure they were very dry! If you're going to go through all the effort, you want good adhesion. Do it right the first time!

You did a pro job. Very cool that it is easy to remove also...

Not a huge fan of textured flat blat wheels overall; though I'm sure they look pretty mean in person.
