Question For Frozen Paint Owners
I just bought a 2011 Frozen Black limited edition 2011 M3 and have read several threads regarding care for the paint and would like to hear some more from actual owners of Frozen cars.
I dont want to start a thread based on peoples opinions, I want to hear from the owners who actually have maintained these vehicles. Thanks Frozen M3 in Toronto |

I have the Swissvax Opaque kit which has Precleaner, Car Wash Soap, Wax & Detail Spray. I also use Chemical Guys Matte Quick Detail Spray in between washes. The Frozen paint is very easy to care for. Only thing is it gets dusty quick so I dust the car and use QD spray about once a week. I also recommend getting the car wrapped with Xpel Stealth PPF since it'll be very difficult to touch up rock chips. It matches the satin look of the paint very well! Almost everyone that sees my car didn't know I had it wrapped until I told them.

I have frozen grey and it’s not bad so far. One rock chip I will have to get done even through my bra. Seems like the OEM bra is a little soft, I may look aftermarket. It does show dust pretty good if you don't dry it after washing, but I agree with Jrollsp, its not bad to care for at all. You can be as obsessive as you want to be, but you dont HAVE to be.

Congrats on the Frozen Black and welcome to the club!!
Mine is not a daily driver so I can't speak to that; what I can tell you is it that is really easy to care for; I highly suggest the Swissvax Opaque kit as it is awesome. It does show dust, no doubt!! Good luck and post some pics!
