how much should I pay for this M3?

2010 e90 m3 , DCT, fully loaded space grey with fox red. 30k miles.

Dealer is asking 49k, sounds a little steep what do you guys think?

I also want to trade in the grocery getter. Its a 2012 civic and the payoff is 17k . Currentyl
Worth about 13k.. its a lease so I figured try to get it out of my hair.

Unless someone here is interested in a civic $600 incentive. $320 a month with tax. Auto .12 months remaining.

Just my two cents, but unless you are way over on miles, why not wait the year and not eat $4,000 in negative equity?

Iam pretty sure its sitting with 23k, 36k allowed so right about where i need to be. I just got it as a run around car plus the credit boost was nice.

The $4k in negative equity is whats killing me, i might have to just throw in on swapalease with the same $600 incentive.

Plus summertime is here and whats better then waking up around 9am on a saturday busting out the wax and going to town on you bimmer.
