E90 M3 modded vs E90 M3 competition package

Recently I was able to test my ride with a stock M3 with competition package + M performance exhaust.

My ride is M3 non comp package and added:
1. Macht Schnell Air intake charger sys Ver.2 (the charge pipe no longer gets dislodged)
2. Akrapovic full evo system
3. ESS Tune (mapped for intake and full evo system)
4. M3 GTS-DCT software update

Very basic mods but I just want to know if it works in real life against a stock car.

Results were pretty good and Im happy to say it is definitely faster. From 140km/h my ride starts pulls away gradually from the stock ride to about 2 car lengths difference at the end.

The throttle is also more responsive post the mods and Im happy to say Im quite pleased with it. Short of putting on a supercharger, i think this is perfect for my daily drive and the occasional spirited runs.

Anybody have the same set up?

What about tires?

I'm thinking that reaction time and tires would be worth 2 car lengths from 0 to 200km/hr

Have always felt my modded M to be a better pckg than the competition driving it fairly close to back to back. Really think the modded M performs real well on track, the only necessary track mods are brakes and tires... Heres an old review of my experience...
