will this damage the car?

been so busy lately and just found out that I have a slightly bent wheel
its been about a month and a half since I last checked, so I have been driving around with it for that long.
I just want to know, if I have been driving for that long, will it damage my suspension, brakes, chassis, or anything to the car?!

Bent wheels, if they are bent to the point where it causes a steering wheel shimmy, will cause your bushings in the suspension to wear out faster. Same goes for unbalanced wheels.

+1 plus your tire will develop a small leak to the point where it will be unsafe to drive. If you have the wheel and tire insurance, they will replace at no cost to you.

how about if my steering wheel vibrates only after i past 60 mph?!

Yea that's bad...not HORRIBLE...but it'll take a toll on the suspension if not remedied.

Have your wheels re-shaped.

You can inspect the wheel and see if you see any of the lip out of round. If you can't see aanything, next time to have your wheels balanced, the tire shop can put the wheel on the balancing machine and see if the wheel is round or out of round. The way that you can tell, the wheel will hop while rotating. Anyways, they'll tell you if you have a bent wheel.
