What's the verdict for Combox and iPhone 5/iOS 7?

So my 2011.75 E92 M3 is coming in this week and I wanted to know if it will work with my iPhone 5 running iOS 7. Can I simply use the Lightening cable to play music? I mostly use the Spotify iOS app. Also, does bluetooth phone/streaming work with this configuration?

They all work as long as your car is properly spec'd for BMW Apps.
