Good race btw, very impressive jump on the start
For a few weeks. Just wanted to see with the cooler temps if it would work and it works perfect. Thanks for a non bias post.

This is sort of a pet peeve with me and if I stick around on these forums you will most assuradly hear me try to establish this logic, rather than using whp claims.

Your going to see me quote this post often, so get use to it.
Im Scheduled for a dyno this Friday at AMS. They have an AWD dynojet. Ill post up the graphs for you. I might be getting downpipes also but they wont be here in time for the dyno so I will have to get it redone soon. I promise I will post the graphs.

LMAO...looked like a fair race to my eyes. One would need a time machine for two cars to race on their 'best day.' Two good drivers, two good tunes, V2 lost badly. Thank you and good night dyno dandies!!!

The roll races were equal. I dont understand what SOME of these procede JUNKIES dont get? No one spun at ALL and we were dead even, since we were dead even from a roll I will win all day long from a dead stop simply because I can launch at a way higher RPM and take a nice lead. In order for chitown335i to pass me he needs to have a signifcant amount of hp/tq more than my car to play catch up. If he has the same like in the video then I will just hold my lead. I dont get why this is so mind boggeling for people?

why, if this result was different there would be procede leg-humpers coming out of the woodwork and adding non-stop "WOW" and "COOL" and "PROCEDE RULES" all day long.

Thats how it always is. No matter if it is dynos, races, track times, etc....

Agreed. I just hate people pooking at the JB for no reason. All I did was post a video and then a million excuses of why it happened areposted. A little weird eh?

see you answer your own question. I'm not nuthugging anyone here, just it's pointless "arguing" on a bias forum. The best thing is show result and move on. I think you made your point, i'm impressed .

it's not weird, it's an expected result given the history of the forum. If a Procede doesn't beat everything it races from other 335's to Vette's to the Space Shuttle it can't be true and there has to be a "problem" somewhere.

How did I know this shit was going to end up on here. Nick, bro, I didnt run the "high boost map" I was running the "low boost map" at 90% I was just as suprised by the outcome as you. HOwever, I am working with shiv because I dont think I have the Tq setting or maybe the map set right. I propose that we do a rematch on a clear day when I can have the right settings dialed in and also we can both put in the race gas and see what happens then. No doubt your car is fast but it doesnt make anysense to me how your car weighs more and is able to keep up. you said you used 93octane, how do I know that? Im not trying to be a sore loser but something wasnt right. You won the race off the line and we were even on the highway passes. Ill let you know when im ready and we can do this again. In fact, im looking forward to it!

Procede has potential. Im sure its a solid tune but I dont think it was ever perfected. The reason may be because Shiv was more concered about $ than backing anything. His customer service is undeniably the worst ever. If it was perfected then it may be a different story but its not. I want my friends car fixed and I hope this thread is what it takes for Shiv to help him. It shoudnt be like this.

I think people just underestimate the xis. An xi has a better-060 which imo is half the battle. I dont understand why everyone thinks the i has such an advantage over the xi. 200lb difference aint shit, i lost that with the cf hood, volk wheels, and going on a diet. I think if you had a juicebox 335i you would have lost to the v2. Its all about the traction at this level of power. I have v2...not a huge fan right now...but curious how jb matches up...wanna drive down to ny to find out...

Cause think about it, to all the procede users that are saying " yata yata broken, limp mode, etc" you guys really just making jb look better. So as a procede owner myself, I take it as positive as it can be. I just assume the procede was working right and the drivers is at fault. lol

I had NO RACE GAS. Im not spending 5.50 a gallon in the middle of the winter. Im not that nuts. No driver error as both were auto's. Hopefully shiv can fix what is ever "wrong" if something is even wrong. You can gaurentee you will see more videos of Vince and I. Roll races are dumb IMO, you never race from a roll but we can do both.

I look forward to seeing the rematch too!

The JB2 gives you all it has every time. V2 has so many features and has to be set up perfect to be perfect.

The street is like a gun fight...you pull out the 'gun' and it better shoot or you die (or get clowned on this forum).

Chitown335i is in no way being clowned. That is NOT the intention of this thread. As I said before, I have known him for awhile and hes a friend. Please dont turn this into to something its not. I cant wait for the spring and we will record some REAL races at the track. No excuses no nothing, just the cars.

Only people not being friendly and making excuses are procede owners. Thats it. Otherwise I provided favtual information. Those were the videos and they speak for themselves.

From a roll, I never dropped back.

We already knew from a dead stop the xi would pull on the i. Or atleast some of us knew.
