Need some feedback from AZ residents!

Hey folks looks like our family will be relocating to Arizona in late March from up here in WA. I am currently looking at some practices out in the Phoenix and Tucson area and I am hoping the deal will go through. I should find out by next week or so.

I am currently thinking about selling my M3 and getting back into a P-car. I have found some buyers for the M3 and also a private party 997 in my local area that I would like to purchase. My question is if it is true that in Arizona you do not pay sales tax on a used car? Also, would I run into any issues since I am just moving there (as opposed to being a resident for 6+ months)? My plan is to buy the P-car here, either drive it down to AZ or have it shipped, and then register it at my address down there. If you think there would be any known issues with this then please let me know. Thanks!
