Awesome, Looking at getting a lift in my garage as well. Out of curiosity how much height did you need to fit the cars like that?

needed 12 1/2 foot high ceilings to fit the lift. The roof line is like 14-15 ft if I recall. There are different model lifts but this one allows me at 6 ft to stand beneath the car so we built the garage to accommodate the lift.

Since I haven't created a thread yet on the F80 forum, I figured I'd just bump this one with a few updates. I know you guys don't really care too much, but let's face it the E92 forum is a little cooler.

I have been working on my F80 and all the parts are finally rolling in. I have been promised that my wheels will be ready by this weekend but have received a few sneak peeks.

The finish on the wheels isn't done yet but I have plenty of tires ready to go. Being an E92 guy I'm adding some E92 flare to my F80 using a few left over parts from my E92 build. Will be doing some custom paint on a few carbon pieces and brake calipers etc. That should likely conclude the exterior mods, then it will be on to more performance oriented items.

A factory ordered Grigio Medio (GOLFFRR), Fashion Grey (biglare) and a Grigio Telesto (bradb1us) F8x do exist though. Have yet to see a Suzuka Grey F8x though, only Dunk89's e92.

Haha good question. The E92 is big brother because its older. The younger brother just happens to be bigger and fatter.

265/35 285/35 on 18x10 et 19 / 11.5 et 32

I would go 3-5mm less on the rear if I were to do it over.

I havent touched my fenders. I know people who have and it turned out ok but its a lot of work and you need to respray. I wouldnt recommend it but to each their own.

The smaller diameter of my wheels allows for a little more clearance without cambering out my suspension. If they were 19's I'd rub all day long and I'd have to do fender work.

Sick color choices. You've convinced me to maybe order my M4 in Fashion Gray.
