is this for wiring in the fuse box? i think this is for the roof? I was referring to the fuse box behind the glove.

FWIW, in this pic:

I just popped off that side panel on the right side. Its really easy to get off. I ran the wire through there - more direct way to the fuse box instead of running below it.

This install was really easy.. took me 30 minutes really taking my time. Now... how to get rid of those suction cups!!

How did you pop that panel off? You're talking about that piece that's on the side of the dash panel?

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

Personally, I ran the wires along the headliner, down the passenger side A-pillar, and to the fuse box, where I tapped into ignition power with an fuse tap (add-a-circuit). Very easy, completely invisible, absolutely no messing with the stock wiring, and can be returned entirely back to stock.
...exactly the same only for a 9500ix with no issues.
