Carbon fiber hood review
Looking for feedback from people that have installed a CF hood. I dont want to paint it ,I'm looking at the NON oem style with (fake)vents in the same 1x1 weave as roof. Would like to hear from you guys on:
Clearcoat quality Gaps, fit, finish Quality Price Fitment of OEM hardware If you recomend you hood or not Thanks in advance for input |

Mike,
Awesome looking hood, the VRS E9X M3 parts are made exclusively in 1x1 so that's what you have. Thanks for taking the time to post the review! |

At the moment, no company can match their fitment quality and attention to detail. Because of this - it's one of the few aesthetic products we offer.

Thread revival...wow, I have not seen this hood before. The lines are perfect, it stays within the bound of the stock shape, but a lot of nice details and opportunity to leave carbon exposed.
Anyone have more photos of this installed ? GM |

I gotta chime into the thread revival too. Anyone with a carbon fiber hood experience any deforming issues after a while? Maybe in the sun/heat too long?
Looking to get a cf hood and trunk in the future and was wondering if this happens or if there's anything that can help prevent it. |

I have had the Arkym Hood for nearly 3 years....it's been wrapped three times - fit is great!
