This is when I take my M3 out. I have the itch quite often. I need to see a doctor. LoL

I do it all the time. M3 is the wifes DD but i take it out just to "smash" around. But I have to admit, lately I have been enjoying my 02. not as fast, well alot slower but the fun factor is right up there. I call it my unplug car.

Not many great roads in North Texas but I do this often when stress and need to relax. Last time I took her to Vegas and took all the old scenic route 66, grand canyon, Bryce canyon, Zion National park and into Vegas. Let's say I was a fan of "cars" the kids movie after watching it 100+ time with my 3 y/o I also took a different route on the way back added about an extra 700 to an already 2100 mile trip.

My DD is an 09' Suzuki GSXR600. The M stays in the garage during the week and unleashed during the weekend. I get the first time driving an M effect every Saturday. Perfect balance with both of my vehicles.

Yep regularly. Local groups meets up roughly once a month for some nice runs. Often take it out randomly too. The "long" way...
Last one has an E60 M5, Ferrari California, some nice 335i's, etc. Good times!

Well, for me, my M3 is completely unnecessary to begin with, so technically, all the miles are unnecessary miles !!!

I wish I could take mine out to drive for fun. I've owned the car for 3 weeks tomorrow. I've spent 1 1/2 weeks out of town, it spent 5 days in the dealer getting a detailed check-up(over a sunny weekend), and it's rained every day since. I've put a grand total of 119 miles on the car.
