Used '09 E92's - Pricing Experience

This is what I'm eyeing for my next purchase. Found one so far that meets my criteria for the most part: '09, DCT, -no- navigation, 14.8k miles @ $48.9.

If you're currently driving an '09 M3, curious what you paid, miles, options, etc.

Just looking for a better idea, really. Plan on keeping my eyes open and looking around for a few more until I settle.

Very nice!

As I'm just starting out on the search here, I'm being extra picky (looking for something around/under 15k miles). I feel as though I'm going to have to start accepting 20k+ as far as mileage goes sooner rather than later.

What are some mileage milestones you need to be aware of in the M3?

You'll be kicking yourself if you don't get Navigation. 2009+ have the new iDrive.

Well said, good point - ties into why I threw up this thread; Llando got the same car as the one I was looking at with a few more thousand miles and the navigation - a fair tradeoff I'd think.

Any idea what the pricing for an '09 might look like next year (rough estimates, or what to expect, any ideas at all really)?

If you find a good deal on an 08, nav retrofit is about $2500. For Comparison, I bought my E90 for just under 40k.

they should come down considerably as soon as the next gen comes to market.

Yeah it's crossed my mind, good call. I haven't looked into how I'd go about getting the retrofit (I'm assuming the local BMW Dealership wouldn't do something like that, correct?), and we're talking about the all new iDrive (2009+) stuff right?

Either way, I'll be purchasing around this time next year so I may just end up coming across an '09 anyway - more or less doing my homework at the moment.

Appreciating all the replies, however.

There's a vendor in Poland, Patryk, very reputable, has many threads in the FS section.

Also, Bimmerretrofit.com, I plan on purchasing from these guys. Prices aren't bad and they can integrate a backup camera to work with the Idrive as well.
