No reason to try and stuff a 19x10.5 up front, especially if you are just going to stretch a 275 tire.
The 19x10 et25 is plenty wide for the front, and the 275 tire will fit the 10" wheel better as well. For a track car, the 18x10.5 et27 does make sense as a square setup, but those individuals would also utilize the extra width by running wider tires, r-compounds or slicks.
