Also, the bullet went through the passenger and drivers seat? I guess you should never use a car as cover like in the movies.

yea, you're a terrible shot if you can't hit a guy through the back window of his moving vehicle in the dark after just cheating death and having a gun to your head, at least 9 times out of 14

Hell no, he's a professional. He knows what he's doing, even when he doesn't. His badge says so. Fuck cops. But in this case, fuck the drunk drivers too. I have a DUI and I will say a lot of cops are cool. But the ratio is bad, just like ghetto black people and black people getting thrown into the same group.
