Just add a few more things to the already list.

Laser Tag (its with real M4/16's) http://www.virtualsports.net/home/

Indoor sky diving: https://www.iflyworld.com/seattle/

You can always try going to Mt. Rainier but it might be closed off. If not, Rattlesnake is a good one to go on http://www.wta.org/go-hiking/hikes/rattle-snake-ledge

thank you for all of those suggestions! the laser tag looks fun! you mentioned skiiing, i think i will avoid this as i'm just coming off a foot injury. BUT, where can we do some snow-mobiling??? this would be awesome.

if you're in decent shape, it is worth it to try this old trail, you'll remember this hike for the rest of your life.

how often you come to seattle and try an epic hike, just take it slow.

other hikes i recommend are granite and mt Si hike, those aren't as hard but a good hike as well. good thing is, these hikes aren't too far from seattle downtown, just a short drive on I-90 east. good luck my friend!
