That is the best explanation of why S65 sometimes dynos at 315 wheel HP and othe times as high as 355 - 360 wheel HP.

I am sure once they make some race headers and cold air intake, it will be possible to get 400+ wheel HP out of S65.
Good point...I'm sure camshafts with higher lift and duration could get you past 400WHP as well....

The EVO's 5 spd gearbox is the strongest among the choices. Why Mitsu offers the 5 spd in the EVO X rather than the 6, is because how drag racers love the strength of the 5, and here's another example that people using a not-designed-for-drag car, for drag racing.

2nd that.. Evos five speed is much stronger than the six, third gear in the 6 is first to give out, i just got out of an evoMR to a 4 door m3. the evo was pretty decently modded, as far as turning and going thru the canyons, the M3 will be in its dust, but more towards higher speeds like 120-130 plus the M will cruise by.. slowly but surely but i love the M3 alot alot so nice, perfect power, lovvvve high rpm ha, it is a very sexy beast.
