But m33 you make a good point, but if the ESS kit is the same for all that buy it then why is Mike's car the only one running that kind of numbers? Shouldn't all the ESS kits with his similar exhaust be running his non-NOS (93 oct) numbers?

Don't get me wrong, I am in awe of Mike's car and if I'm going to set my car up like his then I should expect the same results right? I hope so! I'm still on the fence on the S/C and I'd love to walk his line.
I dont care if it starts a flame war. Its called a forum for a reason. it means people can come hear and discuss things and state opinions. I stated mine. AA used to be the best. ever since new owners took charge, their quality went down the toilet. I dont understand why people find the need to kiss ass on this forum so no one gets offended. Like seriously grow up.. if thats the case then everyone should get off this forum because you wont always hear what you like. And if i want to restart a dead thread then good for me. If that was a rule, then m3post should delete all threads older than two weeks. All the SC kits are the same price, but obviously one of them will be better and that one is ESS for the reasons I said which u clearly didnt like. It took me a month to decide which kit I wanted until I finally chose ESS after i found out that they supply a blow off valve + retune and hardware, or else I would have gotten Gintanti.

a mexico would be very nice to see!
How is the ESS charger small? Its a vortech V3, its pretty massive. in comparison with the other companies, AA uses an HKS blower designed for the VQ35 motor which is in the 350Z. thats why AA and Gintani offer meth kits. they run small blowers with shitty tunes, and thus mask the bad tune by throwing in meth, making the buyer think its a better kit. ESS doesnt use meth because the tune is so perfect and reliable that it doesnt need it. And no one forget, 570rwhp and 400rwtq on the 625 VT2 kit is nothing to sneeze at. I dont understand why anyone would want more.

AA is the only other company that uses a smaller blower then the V3

I think the Gintani set up is a V2 which is larger then the V3

but its personal preference

and I don't think the ESS kit is 570whp

I think its more about 470-480whp

according to the Vortech website i believe they are the same size. same CFM and max speed.

i made 476whp and i'm a VT1... i highly doubt the VT2 will make less power than me.

The vt2 625 kit makes ~570rwhp. Silver ghost put down 570rwhp and he only has the 600 kit. therefore the 625 kit will make even more than that.....

Not to sure about your theory , I put down 535 whp on VT600 with stock cats/midsection on a dyno jet ..
349whp stock same dyno ..
I'm currently running same setup with dinan midsection/catless
Haven't been able to hit the same dyno again but will do so very soon .

Fwiw IND has done many independent dyno's on the VT2 600 and they all dyno'd between 527 to 550ish whp depending with
