where is tow hook?

I am gonna go track next weekend, so I need 2 tow hook, I search the forum and somebody said it is in trunk, my car is 2011 m3 e92, and I just check my trunk, open all the panel and I couldn't see any tow hook .

there is 2 panel in trunk, the big one on the middle only have air pump (I think that is air pump) , and the passenger side only have battery.

if 2011 m3 e92 doesn't have it, then where I can buy one in LA ?? any shop? and is it all the same size to intall???

The track need two tow hook or two two point , is it ok to go there without tow hook ?

From my track experience, you need at least one Tow Hook installed on your car to enter the track. I use two but one is acceptable. No Tow Hook Installed and you will not be allowed on.

OP: Enjoy your track experience! It's a real Blast!

They removed most of the tools in newer models. I asked about it and my dealer gave me the tools gratis, but realistically they're not expensive. They'll have tow hooks right there in the parts dept. Be sure to tell them if you have a BMWCCA membership, get a % off.
