Only just saw this thread. I'm absolutely up for a drive. Know of another E92 and E90 locally (Greenville).

I can't do anything this weekend, but then I'm free the rest of May. So my vote is:
May 11
May 18
May 25

Note that May 25th is the local Cars and Coffee up here, we could start there and then go for a drive?

Did we want other M's to join, or do we want to keep it E9x only?

May 25th sounds good. Do you have a specific route already that's good for a nice drive in that area? I'm down for anywhere within an hr or so to get to the meet place. I should be tuned by then and ready to rinse the car out. After last weekend the exhaust is fully broken in

Glad to see your going to make it buddy.

Off topic but did you but your splitters and spoiler on with betalink or 3M double sided tape? I think i'm going with 3M in case something happens where something needs to be removed. I won't have to have the bumper or trunk resprayed because betalink does not just come off with adhesive remover. Also, I here 3M adhesive remover worked really well to get the OEM spoiler goo off, did you use it?

3 votes for the 25th so far. Where'd all the NC people go? Haha.

Use 3M double sided tape, it's more than strong enough. FYI, my LHS splitter is being held only by the tape right now (tape that's been on the car since August btw). Can't put a screw on it because I lost the clip that the screw would go into.

Not sure where they went, maybe a PM would work. I just ordered the automotive tape as well as the green masking tape to line it all up and the adhesive remover all from 3M. I will be putting it all on next Friday. You guys can inspect my work later this month haha

You install those spacers yet? I love mine and can never go back while I'm still rolling on 220s

Used 3m double sided tape for both. You don't necessarily need the 3m remover either goo gone will also work.

One day we should do a cruise to Carolina motorsports for a track day and a dragon cruise.

I'm in for all of that. I need a helmet though for a track day. I've never done one before but plan of many in the future so would be a good idea to start to get my feet wet.

I'll be there, just let me know the time and place. I'm about 1.5 hrs away so lets not make it too early.
