Oil on garage floor

I noticed a small amount of oil or some type of fluid, not water, on my garage floor yesterday while cleaning the car. I've only had the car for 2.5 months now and this is new. I checked the oil cap like everyone says and it was tight, but there was a small amount of oil visible below the cap. No splatter on hood like some have described. The drip looks like it's coming from the center...near circle opening in belly pan. Oil was changed by BMW a month ago and oil level sensor replaced at that time. Sensor reads correctly now. I have an extended warranty on the car, but gaskets are a bit of a gray area as it states they're only replaced if needed by part of another service. Just trying to get an idea of what I may be looking at before I have it checked. Car has 81k miles.

Check valve cover gaskets. When mine were leaking oil flowed down to my garage floor.
