Has anyone developed a LCD/LED monitor instead of gauges?

Sorry for the topic confusion, here's what I want to say:

Courtesy of IND, I found these gauges mounted in front of the shifter:

Does any tuner/company have a LCD/LED 4" (or something like that) that will fit in that spot instead of the gauges and monitor such things like water temp, oil pressure, etc. If connected to OBDII, I think it is possible to extract these values from the ECU.
