Selling used Injen short ram intake system

I am looking to sell this intake system, i barely used it.
Had to take it out of my car because of a BMW service contract.

It can be placed on top of the filter and heat shield but isn't need really

it has that piece but i am not sure if it will fit your car
i looked at your engine online and the butterfly flap on your engine looks like it is in a different spot
